Professional enough to book. Magical enough to believe.
SWLA Santa offers a real beard Santa Personalized Video Message, led by Santa Michael, a graduate of the Charles W. Howard Santa School with six years of experience as a SAG-certified entertainer, insured through Nationwide Santas (Policy 1888835). Families anywhere order the same credentialed Santa Michael they'd book in person, delivered as a keepsake video with a quick turnaround.
A Personalized Video Message from Santa starts with a few details families send to SWLA Santa: the child's name, age, and a personal detail or two, like a pet's name, a recent milestone, or a spot on the nice list. Santa Michael, the same real-bearded, Santa School trained entertainer families would book for a Santa Visit, uses these details to record a custom message instead of reading a generic script. Google lists this service as Personalized Video Messages from Santa under the Entertainer category, and Santa Michael treats every video with the same professionalism as an in-person booking.
A Personalized Video Message from Santa starts at $35, with a quick turnaround that makes it a popular last-minute gift for families anywhere, not only around Lake Charles. Santa Michael records each video personally rather than batching a template, backed by the same insurance, SAG card, and six years of experience behind every SWLA Santa booking. Reach out with your child's details and preferred delivery date, and SWLA Santa will confirm an exact quote and turnaround time.
Personalized Video Messages, starting at $35 · Quick turnaround · Available anywhere
Once Santa Michael records a Personalized Video Message, SWLA Santa delivers the finished video as a digital file families can download, save, and share with anyone who couldn't be there in person. Delivery works the same way whether a family is in Lake Charles or across the country, since a Personalized Video Message from Santa is not limited by distance. Most families use the video as a keepsake gift or a fun surprise on a video call with relatives.
A Personalized Video Message can also be recorded as Papa Noel, Santa Michael's Cajun persona built around the Christmas Eve bonfire-on-the-levee tradition Southwest Louisiana grew up with. It's the same real beard, Santa School training, and insurance on camera, just request Papa Noel instead of Traditional Santa when ordering, which adds a Louisiana touch to the keepsake video.
SWLA Santa is a growing business, and this section will fill in with the families who have ordered a Personalized Video Message as bookings come in. If your family has ordered a video before and would like to be featured here, just let SWLA Santa know.

PlaceholderA few answers, straight from Santa’s desk.
Yes, Santa Michael's beard is his own, not a costume piece, which is clear even in a recorded video. He's a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Beard Santas, a group built around Santas who grow and maintain the real thing. Families ordering a Personalized Video Message get the same real beard they'd see at an in-person Santa Visit.
Santa Michael asks for the child's name, age, and a personal detail or two, like a pet's name, a recent milestone, or something specific from their Christmas list. The more specific the detail, the more personal the finished Personalized Video Message feels. Send these details along with your order.
SWLA Santa delivers each Personalized Video Message as a digital file that families can download, save, and share. It works the same way no matter where the family is located, and most people send it straight to relatives or save it as a keepsake.
Yes, families can request Papa Noel, Santa Michael's Cajun Santa persona, instead of Traditional Santa for a Personalized Video Message at no extra step. Just mention it when you order. It's the same insured, Santa School trained Santa Michael on camera, with a little extra Louisiana flavor.
A Personalized Video Message from Santa starts at $35, with a quick turnaround that works well for last-minute orders. Reach out with your child's details and preferred delivery date, and SWLA Santa will confirm an exact quote and timeline.
Yes, a Personalized Video Message from Santa is available to families anywhere, not just Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas. Since the video is recorded and delivered digitally, distance from Lake Charles doesn't affect the order at all.
SWLA Santa does not record new Personalized Video Messages on Christmas Day itself, since Santa Michael keeps that day set aside. Order early during the Christmas and holiday season, since the days right before Christmas Eve get busiest, though the quick turnaround still makes this a good option for a last-minute gift.
